Six (6) month commitment -
To cancel a Membership after your minimum term, a 30 day written notice is required. To cancel, please email hello@beautyinsciencemedspa.com.
In order to cancel a Membership before your minimum term, the member must have moved more than 25 miles from Beauty in Science’s location and will be required to send a current utility bill (gas, water, or electricity) with the address and member name on listed on the bill. If a member has not relocated, and hasn’t been a member for term minimum, a $350 short term cancellation fee, will be due to terminate membership.
All cancellation requests must be sent to info@beautyinsciencemedspa.com with supporting documentation. Cancellations cannot not be processed via telephone.

For the DiamondGlow® membership, you’ll receive one DiamondGlow® each month to use—if not used it expires and does not accumulate.
With the Monthly Membership you can accumulate membership dues for 6 months ($594).
